Personality: Intelligent/Resourceful: Emori's intelligence and resourcefulness is showed both in how she tricks Jaha and the others into helping her move her stuff. She told them that her brother had been killed and therefore was able to acquire assistance she needed. Once she was done she didn't seem all that remorseful in having trapped them though she does send them in the direction of the City of Light as far as she knows. Another example is later, she orchestrates how to steal from people traveling along the road by having Murphy play dead to get people to stop and therefore providing easier targets.
Innate distrust in others: Emori while seeming to own her deformity does not readily show it to others because it is a dangerous thing for her. Even with Murphy, she does not seem quick to show him the deformity or trust him with that information. She shows a reoccurring lack of trust and no real care for being trusted as she betrays people without apparent second thoughts. She's quick to steal the tech from Jaha and the others and leave on the boat with Murphy.
Although, I am taking her from an earlier canon point, in the first episode of season 4, she also tells Murphy that she does not trust the Skaikru to accept her and that she would be in danger if they stayed with them. This is also a point where we see she has started to trust Murphy, though, as when he insists she's wrong about his people she agrees to stay with him.
Manipulative: This is also shown in the aforementioned trickery that she did with Jaha in the desert to get them to move her stuff for her. She is able to portray herself as a sympathetic person in need of help who couldn't possibly be up to no good. This, again, was done through telling a story about her brother being dead. As well, Emori was able to manipulate Murphy in Polis to get information about Ontari. This is mostly possible because she has gained Murphy's trust.
Self-preservation: In the desert, it's quite clear that she had become genuinely fond of Murphy. However, she still leaves him and Jaha in the desert, although, provided them the information on how they might possibly get to the City of Light. It is unclear if she was aware she had directed them into a minefield, though.
Other examples, would be the fact that she and her brother are quite experienced in scavenger escapades and after being thrown out by their people they did this to survive. Neither of them seem to have any reservations about betraying people or leaving them for dead, which is also showcased with leaving Jaha behind more than once.
Quick-witted/Playful: Emori shows quite a bit of wit in every conversation that she holds. It's shown in the City of Light when Jaha informs her that she can fix her deformities and she is quick to respond that she would if she had any. Her playfulness is shown with Murphy, most often, even in the desert there's a wit and banter to their conversations. This is how the initial repertoire with Murphy had actually been built, which is the foundation for their later trust and playful relationship. On the boat, Murphy says, "You know, this whole helpful guide act, I'm not really buying it." Her reply was said with a certain mischievous sort of grin, "Then I guess you're just gonna have to keep an eye on me." She quite often says things "You're cute when you're modest," to tease Murphy.
Another example of her teasing is when she and Murphy get a traveler to stop to rob him, he says "May those you love be eaten by wolves before your eyes." Emori promptly knocks him out and Murphy asks, "He said you're cute for a thief."
Self-consciousness over deformity: In addition to her aforementioned hesitance to let Murphy see her hand, in a deleted sex scene we see a moment where Murphy is holding the deformed hand. She doesn't seem completely comfortable and also her expression is one that is very self-conscious. This, however, is not the first time that Murphy has implied that she shouldn't hide anything about herself. In season two, Emori said, "My people saw me as a stain in the bloodline, something to erase." Murphy responded, "Screw 'em! I wouldn't cover it up. I think it's badass." In response, Emori said, "Liar." The response seems to be a bit of a protective method by being self-deprecating.
Risk-taker/fearless: A prime example of this is while Jaha is talking to Emori's brother (getting him to take the chip), she grabs the bag from a rather big muscled thug. She intends on finding another seller for the tech and seems to regard little the risk or danger in taking the bag.
Strong/Independent: When we see Emori with her brother, she appears to be the leader. She makes the plans, she is the one that does the talking and does not seem to have any qualms about putting herself out there. She's always ready to fight and is aggressive when there is an opportunity. In the aforementioned example where Emori steals the bag, she is quite ready to fight to keep the tech. Later, when Murphy is found by guards on the road, she is more than ready to start attacking people even if it is dangerous and reckless.
Her independence is also another subtle quality. It is best shown with Murphy, she does not need Murphy. It's abundantly clear that she would be completely fine on her own but she chooses to be around him and include him in her life and plans.
Abilities/Skills: Emori has no unnatural powers. She's a decent fighter, a talented bandit and good at talking her way out of trouble but that's pretty much it.
